2people has a support center consisting of 3 employees who are always ready to help you via the following channels:
  • Technical support center on our website, in case you experience any errors in the system.
  • Chat with us directly on the website if you urgently need answers to basic questions.
  • The support email for all types of help that are not errors and do not require an immediate response.
  • You can call our phone support for urgent help or for HR support

Technical support

If you should be unfortunate enough to experience errors in our system (you know, that's how it is sometimes with IT), you can contact our technical support here on our website.

Here you can safely submit confidential and sensitive information that can help our developers troubleshoot and correct the error.

Chat support

On our website you can always chat with us if you need answers to basic questions. It is also via this chat that your employees can get help on how to e.g. log in to your 2people solution if they need to access their information or find minutes of their performance reviews, etc.

Email support

Email support is for all kinds of help for you as an administrator or manager. Email support is for all inquiries that are not errors and do not require an immediate response. We strive to answer all inquiries within 2 hours.

Phone support

This is the most preferred type of support and the only one you have to pay for. If you feel most comfortable calling someone for immediate help, this is the solution for you. In addition to help with the system, this solution also gives you the opportunity to get HR professional sparring. This means that you can ask our HR professional supporters for advice on, for example, what to ask in a well-being survey, or get sparring on a good onboarding process or other HR-related issues.
