Because we listen to our customers' feedback and are constantly working hard to give them a better experience 💜 Below are some of the customer-specific development tasks we have released in 2024.
Customer-specific development tasks are something we spend a lot of time on. Our customers have many requests, and not all of them are developed and released in our platform. We go to great lengths to ensure that the functionality we develop makes sense for all our customers.
New module: Course management
We'll start with the most exciting part, because we have an entire course module that is ready for Beta testing in January and will be released in production in Q1.
The module covers everything from creating course templates, specific courses that employees can sign up for (with approval flow) and a function for managers to sign up their own employees. Specific certificates and course certificates can be attached, which are issued on the employee profile after completion/passing the course.
Mandatory courses can be created on job profiles, whereby employees with a job profile are offered courses and the employee's qualifications are updated to match the level that the course provides on individual skills/competencies.
Notifications
Ability to set a number of days for sending notifications on each certificate - So a warning can be sent before expiration customized for each certificate.
Specific recipients of certificate expiration notifications can be set.
The same applies to notifications regarding sick days, which is particularly useful for sick calls
Whistleblower
It is now possible to delete previous reports. The deletion can be done by the "Whistleblower report recipient". Before the deletion can be made, the report MUST be archived. Deletion may be relevant if the report has been reported to the police, for example.
Legal documents
Legal documents can be modified and a new version of a previous legal document can be created without having to map to the default fields again.
This means that updating legal documents can be done more efficiently.
Multiple company addresses can be created in the same legal document, allowing for greater flexibility in building templates.
Intect integration
Hiring template has become dynamic - New hiring templates can be added to the integration, which is useful for rehiring. re-employment
When a new employee is created or hired, an administrator in 2people can choose which CVR number the given employee should be linked to in Intect.
At a glance
A section has been added to the Overview showing who is absent on the current date.
Option for the administrator to "open" and "close" the sections that should be shown to all employees in Overblik. This can be used, for example, when there are new dialog forms ready for the employee, so all sections in Overview are closed except "Your tasks".
Reports
Download multiple employee certificates simultaneously in the "Certificate overview" report. The feature can be very useful for certificate audits. Audit of certificates.
The "Vacation/Absence Request Report" in the Time module can be exported to Excel.
"Inventory certificate report", which shows certificates and expiration dates on equipment. The report can be used as an overview if you have equipment that needs to be audited to be allowed to use it for another fixed period.
The report can also be used for e.g. cars that are due for service.
A very effective certificate matrix has been created. In this matrix, you can search for which employees have which certificates. This is displayed in a clear matrix with expiration date, so you can quickly get an overview of which employees need to have their certificates renewed.
Employee development
If there are multiple steps in an employee development process and the same dialog template is used in multiple steps, an answer to a question from the previous step can be displayed immediately above the text field or scale so that it can be taken into account when considering an answer in that step of the process.
An example: A manager can see his employee's answer to a question, and the manager can use this in his preparation for the exact same question in his own preparation.
Single sign-on with SSO Azzure
When logging in, single sign on can be used, which provides an easier login process for the user. Required to use Microsoft Azzure.
