At Viborg FF, 2people has become a central part of our communication and data collection in connection with our Academy. Data in 2people can be summarized and compared across years. This gives us a unique opportunity to follow the player's development and compare with other talents from previous years.
We chose 2people as they provide a dynamic HR platform as a secure and efficient cloud solution in development. Basically, 2people delivers a system that is easy to understand, easy to access, with some simple solutions/tools that make HR management simple and logical, and where we can customize templates and system to our needs and not the other way around.
We chose 2people because they speak a language we can understand. 2people is easy to use and the solution is very logical - whether we use development/action plans, performance reviews, task management or the structure of our onboarding process. We use 2people for both business and employee development. The solution can definitely be used in our company.

I've come across many systems that promise the same thing; easy, tailored solutions that are very user-friendly and affordable. However, I find that there is always at least one of the criteria that is not met. That is, until I was introduced to 2people. It's as close to a customized solution as you can get to what the vast majority of businesses need. It's user-intuitive and absolutely affordable. I can give my highest recommendation to 2people.
2people is very user-friendly and an ideal system for all our HR and much more. We use 2people for performance reviews, onboarding interviews, job descriptions and of course for GDPR support. Institut Sankt Joseph streamlines employee administration with 2people: From heavy processes to unified HR solution
