Whether it is a solicited or unsolicited application, the purpose of processing your information provided in the application and attachments is to assess whether you are a qualified candidate for a vacant position with us.

We process the personal data that appears in your application, CV and other enclosed documents, typically general information such as name, address, date of birth, telephone number, email address, marital status, education, work experience, hobbies and other skills such as language, driving license and IT skills.

We register your information in our personnel management system, which is accessible to relevant employees and managers in the recruitment process. If you are called for a job interview, we will record data and information for use in the further recruitment process.

Normal practice is that we delete your application, attachments and other applicant data after the position applied for has been filled. If you accept and consent to this in your application process, your application and attachments may be stored for up to 6 months after the recruitment process is completed, after which your data will be deleted. For unsolicited applications, the application, attachments and other applicant data will be stored for a maximum of 6 months, after which it will be deleted.

Safety and security

We have taken appropriate technical and organizational measures to prevent your data from being accidentally or illegally deleted, published, lost, impaired or disclosed to unauthorized persons, misused or otherwise processed in violation of the law.

Data minimization

We collect, process and store only the personal data that is necessary to fulfill our stated purposes. In addition, the type of data that is necessary to collect and store for our business operations may be determined by law.
