Terms and conditions
- Listed prices for license and support are per month.
- Listed prices for implementation and any other services are one-time payments.
- Prices are based on annual billing. For other billing intervals, fees may apply.
- The first year of the agreement including benefits and services is invoiced upon signing the agreement.
- A subscription is binding for 12 months. After that, the agreement is renewed continuously for 12 months until it is terminated.
- The agreement has a notice period of 3 months to the end of a subscription period.

How quickly can I access the solution?
You can get access to the solution within 24 hours. However, we usually start with a demo meeting where you see the platform live and how it can support your needs.
After this, we enter into a formal agreement. We then hold a kick-off meeting where you and your implementation consultant plan the implementation process. At this meeting you will get access to your solution.
Do you help with setting up the 2people platform?
There are two ways to get help setting up the 2people platform:
- Do most things yourself.
If you like to control the pace and setup of systems yourself, this is a great solution that is also cheaper than a physical implementation. Here you get 1 hour online kick-off in connection with start-up of the implementation. You then use our guide/manual to set up the system. Online status meetings with an experienced HR consultant will be held 3 times during the implementation period, as agreed with you. In addition, you can use our telephone support, if purchased.
- Full implementation.
If you'd rather leave most of the implementation and onboarding to us, we provide an HR consultant who knows our system inside out. The HR consultant will come to you physically, and during the implementation period, the consultant will help you with the setup via the train-the-trainer principle - from the first login until the platform is operational.

Is there a notice period?
A subscription is binding for 12 months. Thereafter, the agreement is renewed continuously for 12 months until it is terminated.

All types of businesses can use our solution. We have customers ranging in employees from 10 - 500+, and include industries such as schools, lawyersindustry, craftsmen, etc. What defines who the platform is used by is whether the platform's features support your way of working with HR and personnel administration.
Our customers have an average of 100 employees. Common to our customers is that we have helped them move away from managing their employees in Excel and from storing legal documents in Teams or internal folder structures on drives.
In other words, our customers have needed to be digitized and work more efficiently with HR and employee administration.
But we also have large customers, with more than 500 employees, who have switched to us from other systems because we are the best system in Denmark in several areas.
How many employees are required to use the 2people platform?
Basically, there is no minimum or maximum number of employees required to use our platform.
Instead, you need to assess whether your daily administration and work with employees, in an HR context, could be simpler and more automated than the way you handle it today. Our customers range from 10 - 500 employees.
