Effective management

With 2people, you have a serious and highly effective skills management system. Start by setting qualification and certificate requirements for employee groups, jobs and employees, and you're ready to score each employee and conduct performance reviews and feedback where the qualification overview, also in the form of career paths, for each employee is a natural part. 

Qualification match-ups can be performed on individual people, jobs and teams/departments. An expiration date is attached to the certificates and notifications are sent to the desired person when the certificate expiration date is approaching. 

Notifications for deadlines

In 2people there are notifications on deadlines for KPIs, actions/agreements and tasks. You can also add periodic reminders on tasks. This means that the HR solution can push the progress on all goals/KPIs and agreements/tasks/actions instead of using your and your colleagues' time to push the progress. 

KPIs/goals can be defined for the entire business, individual departments and teams as well as individual employees. KPIs can be linked and action plans can be created to track progress and monitor progress at all levels.
