The organizational chart is located in the "Company" module and gives you a quick overview of the company's organization and the individual departments/teams as well as managers and employees in the departments.

You get very quick access to your colleagues' contact data - including who to contact in the event of an accident.
You can click from the organization down to the individual department and from there to the individual employee and see contact information or the full employee profile depending on your rights.
The individual department
Within each department, you can view images, call meetings, and store documents and templates.
You can also work with the goals/KPIs and action plans that apply to the department. Data in 2people can be sorted in the reports so that they are displayed per department, per employee group and can also be filtered by gender and age.
