Our modules

What does it mean that the system is modular?

2peoples HR system is modular. This means that we offer an HR system that you can put together yourself from modules that give you the functionality your company needs. There are only 3 modules that are mandatory: Overview, Company and Employee profile. These 3 modules together ensure your overview and GDPRby gathering information in one place, defining roles/rights, and securely storing and processing employees' master data and documents. You can then choose which, and how many, modules you need, and you can add/remove modules from month to month if your need for functions in the system changes. The price follows the number of active modules, so you can also adjust your system costs up or down.

There are many different HR systems out there, and it can be a jungle to find out which solutions are right for your company. To make it easy for you to get an overview of the 2peoples HR system, below you can read about the modules available in the 2peoples HR system. This is a short introduction, which means that not all features of the individual modules will be mentioned. Therefore, we encourage you to contact us if you are curious about whether the modules can solve your specific needs.

Module: Overview (mandatory module)

The overview module collects data from many places in the system and makes it available to you in a nicely presented overview. It can be your to-dos, ongoing recruitments, your active onboarding processes, overview of departments and employees, and absence overview. The overview can be customized to your wishes, and can also be adapted to what an ordinary employee should be able to see.

The module: The Company (mandatory module)

The module Vhe company module is used to create an organizational chart of the company to get an overview of the company structure. It may be that your company is divided into several departments, or that the management has different responsibilities, and this will be shown in the diagram. Depending on how the company is structured, you can create a diagram and assign employees to the different departments. The module also has the function to user-defined access and rights in the system.

Module: Employee Profile (mandatory module)

The module Employee profile is your database of all your company's employees. In this module, you can see all possible master data for each employee. This could be birthday, bank details, relevant contact information, next of kin, salary, etc. Other information relevant to the employee will also appear, such as minutes from performance reviews, documents, borrowed equipment, skills and certificates. It is also in this module that courses, training and any course points/course hours can be registered.

The module: Documents

The module Documents module is used to store the company's various documents. A document can be assigned different tags or departments to categorize the documents, making it easy to search and find a specific document. The module can handle documents on four levels: company, department, team, employee. You can filter documents by date, tags, categories and much more.

The module: Recruitment

The module Recruitment offers a lot of features to help you with your recruitment process, making the process structured, clear and GDPR compliant. First and foremost, the Recruitment module allows your company to create beautiful job ads that appear on the careers page of your own website, where candidates can read the job ad and apply for the position via an application form. When applicants apply for a job through your website, their application and data goes directly into the recruitment module. This automatically creates a candidate profile that you can access, screen, rate and communicate with. You can set up recruitment committees, create meeting schedules for interview rounds and use email templates to give good rejections and create interview invitations. Once you've found the right candidate, you can also collect additional information such as CPR. No., account and registration number, name and contact details of next of kin, criminal record and much more.

The module: Work processes

With the module Work Processes module you can create templates for the different HR processes you have. For example, an onboarding process, which usually consists of many different tasks, from ordering equipment, preparing a workplace and setting up system access, to ordering flowers and breakfast for the first day, holding onboarding interviews, team follow-ups and much more. All these tasks are put together in a workflow, where each task is assigned to an "executor" who the system will notify when it's their turn to complete a task in the process. In short, the module can automate all kinds of processes that consist of different tasks that need to be completed in a specific order and may involve several different people.

The module: Legal Documents

The module Legal Documents module lets you create and use interactive document templates for your legal documents, such as employment contracts, warnings, dismissals, maternity leave agreements and more. When document templates are interactive, it means that the system can automatically populate the templates with data. This eliminates the need to manually fill out documents in the future. The templates can also be incorporated into your processes - for example, an employment contract in a preboarding process where you reuse data from the recruitment module to fill out the contract. Documents can also be signed via digital signature/My ID, where we integrate with ADDO Sign and PENNEO.

The module: Employee Development

One of the primary functions of an HR solution is to develop and retain employees, follow up on tasks, and maintain well-being in the workplace. The module Mhe Employee Development module module is designed to fulfill this purpose. The module provides an overview of previous, ongoing or upcoming conversations, measurements and the processes around them. Templates can be created for your SDD, 1-1, LUS, APV, well-being surveys, etc. and put into processes that automate the implementation of these. You can get detailed reporting and create action and development plans. For example, the module can contain answers or agreements from an SDD or 1-1 conversation where the employee and manager have agreed on certain competencies that the employee wants to develop. These competence processes or objectives will appear in the module, where you can see ongoing processes and their progress.

The module: Reports

The module Reports module module can gather all data in 2people into clear reports. This can be on well-being, resignation reasons, absence reports, goal achievement or employee turnover. The module can also create lists of which employees have a specific skill, certificate or qualification. You compile reports and overviews based on the system's many data fields.

The module: Job Profile

The module Job Profile module is a database for the company's various positions, qualifications, skills and certificates. The primary purpose of the module is for you as a company to have a complete overview of the skills in your organization and to identify skills gaps. You can create job profiles for individual career paths for company employees by describing the different competencies and skills that must be mastered in order to hold or be considered for another position. An employee will then have a better overview of what is expected of them if they want to progress towards a particular position. The module can also be used in recruitment, as the job descriptions in the individual positions, as well as qualifications and skills, can be used as a starting point for creating job postings. You can also search for specific skills and certificates if you are planning a project and need to see if you have employees who can contribute to the execution of the project.

The module: Time

The module Time is for companies that want time tracking to be as easy as possible and with the least possible impact on employees and the company, but at the same time want it in a secure system as GDPR compliance is still required. Our time tracking module can also be used by employees to register/request vacation. You can set it up so that a manager/administrator must approve the vacation before it is registered. When starting up the module, employees enter their current remaining vacation, and then the system keeps track of their vacation balance itself. It is also possible to work with flex time and with extra vacation days/holiday breaks. Employees can also register absences, which can be displayed in the absence calendar in the module.

The module: Intranet

The module Intranet is 2peoples' intranet solution. The module is used to communicate with and to employees. You can create news/posts on 3 levels: Company, industry news and team/department news. For example, you can make a post about bringing cake for the whole company or a specific department to see. You can also use the intranet to give employees access to resources such as e-learning, instructional videos, the employee handbook, IT security policies, etc.

The module: Talent

In the module Talent module module, you can measure employee progression in specific areas, skills, projects, etc. It can form the basis for good conversations in an SDD or performance review. The Talent module has been developed in collaboration with the football club Viborg FF, who use it to measure and weigh their young academy players on everything from sleep to grades in school.

The module: Team

In the module Team module module, you can create teams across departments or consisting of external parties. For example, the board, health and safety committee, staff association, etc. When you are created in the same team, you have more opportunities to work together in the system and share documents, tasks, goals, etc.

The module: Equipment

In the module Equipment you can create, register and assign equipment. These can be computers, phones, keys, subscriptions and system accesses that you can assign to employees. You can link this module to work processes, such as onboarding, so it's easy to provision and assign equipment in a specific process. The module therefore acts as a database of the company's equipment, subscriptions and system accesses and who has access to them.

The module: Whistleblower

In the module Whistleblower module, you can become compliant with the law requiring companies with more than 49 employees to implement a whistleblower scheme. We offer a solution that you manage yourself, or a solution where our compliance partner Blanner Compliance manages your solution inside 2people and reports reports to you.
